Can you tell me what these are?

Give her a soapy soak to her vent in warm water and a little Dawn, and try to get as many maggots off her as you can. Repeat the soak in the next 24 hours 2 times as they hatch out. Apply vaseline or Neosporin to her vent area after drying her off.

Watch out for dirty vents on other chickens, and treat for flies in the coop and run. Fly strike can be deadly. Permethrin spray can be helpful to spray the coop and vents.
 
Sad to say she didn’t make it. After examining her she had a massive wound on her underside. So it wasn’t anything to do with a dirty vent. All my other chickens look great. I have 60 chickens and checked their butts as they came in the electric netting for nite nite. So sad.
