We ordered 36 Buff Orpingtons and they sent one "rare special breed"... We can't figure out what it is. Any ideas?

It appears to be a crested breed. Hard for me to tell, could be a polish or Houdan.
Looks to me like a white crested black polish but could also be a houdan.
