can you tell what breed these chicks are??

Actually from what I've seen more so is the black leg/ pinkish-white under feet is a Black australorp charateristic.

BSL's have a broad range of colored leg/feet, from gray to a yellow-willow green/slate gray or black overlay.
and also on their feather color, from darned near solid black with very little red around the neck/head area to a whole lot of golden/brown from the head, neck and even plum down the front of the breast to golden lacing on their backs almost to the tail area. So you can see there are numerous variables to this type.

Look on feathersite under sex-links and from there go Kentaline farms Black Rocks you'll see mutiple variations of colors on BSLs.

Also the reason I go with BSLs on the babies is because of the lack of White on them. Black Australorps, Black Giants and BR's all have quite a bit more white than is showing on these chicks.
