Can you tell what breed??

I have a few questions. The first is can anyone tell me what breed the little guy is? He was yellow and gray when he was little and we call him "Dragon" ,even though he is a sweetie.
This is a closer look at his feet.

My next question is can anyone tell if this silkie is male or female. I know it's hard to tell but I was just hoping for some sign.

first one is a cockerel for sure silkie wait till its at least 4 months old but i want to lean towards cockerel on it. possible a black mottled d'uccle
