Can you use Frontline on ducks for debugging?

I have a buggy call duck hen I would like to treat. I dusted her, but not sure that the powder got through all the down. I would like to treat with something a little more sure. I have Frontline that I use on my chickens and I also have Eprinex pour on. Which would work best for a duck? Have you used them on ducks before?
