Sounds like my situation. I still have not introduced the others back. They are still in hen-hospital
My daughter took 4 cat carriers and made each hen it's own hospital room to heal in...she wants to be a vet! So far, she's on the right track.
By the way, my son did use the BB on one of the cats and though the cat did not make a peep the one BB made a point-he headed for the rafters.
