Heya everyone, just wanted to send a shout out to all the chicken enthusiasts.....I have always benn into and had birds, but lately I've become focused/obsessed with Serama. They are interesting and unique, and the mystery factor on how big they'll turn out is exciting... Makes it hard to get rid of any b4 they're grown though....who knows how they'll turn out! I look forward to learning obscure things about chickens, and reviewing pics of other breeds!
Some pics, purely for entertainment.

Serama roos have such attitude, and then they open their beaks and crow those squeaky crows...too funny and cute!

You have really gorgeous birds! The first roo has a particularly nice comb.

Funny that you named her after your MIL, lol,.....does she know? Hannah's a serama, and I'm sorry to say I don't think Jaqueline is...We had to import them from the US, couldn't find them in Canada!

Yes my MIL knows..LOL...My MIL and BIL brought three different hens for me to start up with from my hubby's cousin in ST. Canut Quebec.
When I got them she told me the name of the breed in french but no one knew the translation...I am just curious of what breed she is...supposely this cousin sells chickens/game birds.....I am trying to get more information about his place...I have been there years ago to see all the birds and pick up a prepared chicken/or Turkey to eat...
I have named most of my girls after the ole neighbours/friends from the city....
thanks for the information...
I am going to find another photo of her ...she's my mama hen....
