Canadian quail newbie

1. I got two birds from a guy who was super shady. He had tonnes of them but wouldn't let me see the coop. I argued him down to 5CAD for two. They are 'cortnix' I'm mostly blind but they look bright white to me.
   (1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
   I've raised chicks but I wasn't the one in charge. I was just doing what someone told me to do.

   (3) What breeds do you have?
   Dunno can't see properly
4. (4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
   Eggs and bonding

   (5) What are some of your other hobbies?
   Animal rescue. School. Music. Fish keeping. Herptology

   (6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
   I'm studying to teach English as a second language. I'm non binary. I have a Belgian Sheperd and 2 cats neither of whom will be trusted near the birds. (
