Candle eggs

Hello, I am new to quail I wanted know if anyone here candles their eggs? Also at what day do you do it? Thanks!

Most quail eggs are hard to candle. On day 8 I check for clear ones then just ride it out LOL

I was thinking that they would be hard to candle, but I will try on day 8 right now I am on day 4. Is the incubation time the same as chickens?

pretty much the same but everyone has their own tried and true temps and humidity.

What kind of quail eggs do you have
the times are different by breed

LOL those are I am told easy to candle never did them thou
I think it is 24 days

its either 23 or 24 i thought 23 but now im not sure

and YES those are VERY easily candled!
