Candled my eggs!

Oh - that's not good.... Thank you for the update! They sure didn't mention this when I put in my order and they said handling time to get them out is 2 weeks or less.. Hoping it gets resolved soon! FYI there is a phone # on their website if you want to get ahold of them.

Yeah...I just emailed them again today....when I ordered mine their website said handling was less than 10 days...so I expected to see mine before Christmas. When I contacted them at the end of December the response says "We always deliver, just not on time." I thought that was an odd statement...since it is a custom product, saying it wil take 4 weeks or more wouldn't be out of the question...but when they say 10 days or less, that's what you expect! I imagine this isn't a new problem...I see they still have auctions listed on eBay today...
 
SOOO...sent an email yesterday that said "I never heard back from my last email. Can you tell me how long it will be before the incubator is shipped?? If the wait time is indefinate, I will need a refund as I need to start setting eggs for the spring." There was no email response, however I got a refund through Paypal last night. I'm guessing the wait time is indefinate at this point. Guess I'll be getting the Sportsman after all! Hope it works out better for you guys!
 
Oh no! That is not what I wanted to hear! I'm glad they refunded you your money, but this isn't looking good for my order.... I was hoping they were getting caught up on backorders. I really appreciate you giving me the heads up. I will be following up closely now on my order.

Just wanted to update...the refund FAILED to clear the sellers bank!!

I can't hardly believe that these people do buisness like this...not sure how they could have orders paid for and unfilled from the beginning of December, yet not have enough money to refund a purchase they are failing to provide...WOW! Really sad cause I already ordered another bator with the belief that the refund would clear and be in my account by the middle of this week.

I sent them an email today... BillyJo... have you heard anything back yet? If I don't hear something soon I will be making a post to BYC to warn others not to do business with them. I completely understand delays, but poor customer communication and bad service... NOT AT ALL. I wrote to a few other people who ordered from them around the same time, as of a couple weeks ago they had not received their orders, so I wrote to them again today and will let you know what I hear.
 
hi there this is thomas pendergrass new owner of custom incubators. i took over about three weeks ago...i know there are only five people that hasnt recieved their incubators or a refund. if you were gave a refund from phillip gordon and it did not go thru then open a case on phillip gordon and paypal will refund you your money..i have no control over any of that..i will fullfill any orders that were not refunded from the old owner (phillip gordon) within the next 30days..after you do recieve your refunds and still wanna buy from custom incubators we would love to have your buisness..any questions or concerns call me.. thomas pendergrass (new owner) at 660-281-7563.anytime

I bought my incubator about 3 weeks ago... so if that is the case you should have already fulfilled my order, but since that hasn't happened I'd say you are no better than the old owner. I hope you did not pay to buy the old owner out, because any good customer feedback you were hoping to get to is not going to happen after all of this BS.
 
Well, this is interesting, since I sent several messages through the website about my incubator in the past three weeks and recieved emails back about the "thermostat" issue...and nobody ever said anything about new ownership...not to mention that the address is the same...so did you buy the guys house too??? SCAM!!!!!! Thanks for joining BYC so you can show everyone what a scammer you are!! Good luck in your quest to steal more moeny from people....but I will do WHATEVER I can to make sure you don't scam anyone else on this site!!!!!!!!!!!
