Candling Araucana eggs?

    This is my first experience candling any eggs. I can't see anything in my Araucana eggs day 3, but I can't really tell because the shell is kind of hard to see through. I didn't check a lot because I know it's early and I don't want to disturb them. Are Araucana eggs similiar to brown eggs in being hard to see through?

    some times they are as hard to see through, I couldn't see anything noticeable in mine till day 8( can barley see the veins still). you should compare it to a freshly laid one and see if they are dark. maybe your light might not be bright enough either.
