candling day 4

What day do people take the eggs that haven't developed out of incubator? I have some clear ones and some that just look like the yolk is floating around. I do see some swimmers! Also, have some very bad air sacks in a couple.
What should I do? Toss? Or wait? I am on day 10.

I take out any obvious clears day 10. I pull blood rings if I find any when I find them all else I leave in unless there's no doubt that it was an early quitter and I'm half through the hatch. If it's not smelling it stays in. I thought I had a quitter once and opened to eggtopsy and found a live chick, and have not dared to take out till the end of the hatch. That's some heavy guilt. I was crushed.
