candling eggs

I normally dont have trouble candling eggs, but this time the eggs are darker than normal & my light wont shine through them very well, cant really tell whats going on with them, whats the best light to use, i am using a led light, never had a problem before.

I'm using one from Target, two LEDs and it has two little amplifying lenses over the bulbs, you can see 600+ft to the other side of our yard with it. We only have white/cream eggs for now, but you see nearly like there is no shell at all.
