candling eggs

can anyone show me pictures of Japanese quail eggs when it is being candled. Thank you

I would think it would no different then a chicken egg. How far along are you. there is a sticky thread it shows eggs that are candled.

JUST got these in.. so they have not been incubated yet... I can update later on if you would like..

THIS is why I candle new eggs.. ya never know when you'll find cracks.. lol

these were taken on day 6 of incubation

once you hit day 10 on quail eggs (give or take).. you really cant see much unless the egg is infertile or sloshing

next time i hatch some i should take a few pics around day 4 or so... didn't get around to it this time
