Candling Guinea & Turkey eggs

I have a question. My guinea eggs are on day 14 and I candled them with a flashlight (waiting for my candlier). Most of my eggs, I can see the chick moving (maybe its eye), one thing is my guinea eggs are developing long ways in the egg instead of air sack at fat end etc. Will my chicks hatch that way? Seems strange to me but the egg is dark and I can see some veining. I have an automatic turner in my hovabator. I had to incubate because my hen got hit by a car. I also have set some bearded silkies (day 2). When I lock down and remove the egg turner (up humidity) waiting for my guinea eggs to hatch. What can I do with my silkie eggs since I am on lock down and can't open my bator? Can I put my silkie eggs in a box with a heating pad? My silkie eggs will be about 2 weeks when I have to lock down. I know I have alot of questions but I am a newbie and need some advice.

I don't know where to post my questions, it seems no one will give me advice or tell me what I should do. I am a newbie and thought this website was where I could go for assistance.
