Candling help, now with more pics day 8!

Pics
So only eggs 4 and 5 hatched. I still have the rest in the incubator but I’ve given up hope that they are going to hatch. :( I candled but no movement or internal pips that I can see. Today is day 23.

Did you think to do an eggtopsy? That is where you open the eggs that didn't hatch to try to determine cause of failure. Some times they were never viable ( but I think you got rid of all of those) other times you can judge the approximate age at which they quit. Sometimes you can tell that they did not flip into correct position to be able to pip internally. Or they pipped into a blood vein. There are many reasons as to why eggs don't hatch and knowing what likely happened with yours can help you to avoid that same problem next time.
I believe their is a thread on here somewhere about cause of failure to hatch that includes pictures and what the likely problems were.

I was a bit sad about it so I didn’t do an eggtopsy until today. The remaining chicks were fully formed but none had pipped internally. One was in position to hatch but the rest didn’t have their heads turned properly. I’m thinking there were humidity issues and maybe a temp fluctuation that killed them just before hatching.

The two chicks that hatched are doing well.
