Candling help?

So this chicks where on day 5 and I think I see some veins. I had to crank up the baton to 99• but anyway do you guys think their alive? I have three that have this. It's like tiny veins.

You see it? I couldn't get a very clear picture.

I didn't see any veins until day 7.

I wish I could offer some advice. I'm in the same boat. Actually we are on day 8 and I hardly saw anything when I candled our eggs....but I am not exactly sure what I am looking for either.

Day 7. You should see a red spot with veins going our from it.

By day 5 you should see some sort of veins forming. I like to keep the eggs in a few days longer anyway just in case the egg is a late bloomer. Definately by 8 you should see veins. I typically candle on days 5 and 8.

I candled today day 6, veins! They where visible.
