I have 6 peafowl eggs in the incubator at the moment. I know I'm supposed to wait 10 days before candling them but I went ahead and did it yesterday which was day 6. I could see what appeared to be veining in them but what concerned me was the yolk part. While holding the egg on it's side for candling, the yolk stayed on the bottom (which is actually the side) of the egg. If I turned the egg, the yolk moved too and would stay on the bottom. Is this typical??
