I am worried I saw that you candle w/lite at the large end and to me that was holding the egg upside down now I saw where you hold the lite on top of the egg,soo could I have killed my eggs by holding the lite with the egg upside down?

Oh dear, I held mine sideways when I candled and I rolled them slowly around to see it from all sides. Is that bad??!

I didn't know there was a certain position they had to be in

no you guys are fine you can roll them around to candle you just cant do it hard. gentle movemnet is not bad at all. a mom chicken rolls her eggs on every which side all the time. its nothing bad you will be fine i promise

yet it is good to candle I have found from the top...you really see everything that way!
