So this morning when picking up my rooster in order to check his mouth (I had been able to get a lot of that stuff out as advised from a chicken keeping friend) and noticed his crop was quite full.

I didn't notice an odor, but my nose is plugged. I did treatment for impacted crop (oil then massage then plain dulcolax) and there's no improvement on the crop.

I don't know what to do now. Is this a symptom of canker or what? Please help.

@Eggcessive

I hate to tag you but you helped me earlier and now I need some again..
Canker can invade the walls of the crop as well as inside the beak and esophagus. Have you used the metronidazole? Be sure to not use use the laxative Dulcolax which says bisacodyl, but only use the stool softener docusate sodium which sometimes is under the Dulcolax label, but also may be Colace or just generic docusate sodium.

Wanted to update for future readers:

My rooster's crop improved tremendously after I also started him on Monistat (miconazole) twice a day. His mouth also cleared up. He is still on both medicines at the moment.
