Chickens love canned corn, I would rinse it first to remove some of the salt they add.

In the summer I buy the salt free canned corn and freeze it in muffin pans. They love it on a hot day.

My birds go ape after canned corn. It's probably their most favorite food.
I enjoy sitting with them, and feeding a kernel at a time. It takes awhile, but feels therapeutic.

I freeze it in big blocks and hang it from the roof of the coop as a toy and treat. They LOVE it. I also buy happy hen treats, the mealworm/corn mix. My black australorp wanted a treat so badly she tried to fly across the yard to get to me quicker. It was adorable.

My chickens love crab legs, caviar, prime rib, fresh shucked oysters, mussels and champaign.

It's fresh high in vitamins. Just asking about canned foods. I would never have thought to feed them canned food. I stick with fresh veggies n such. Just surprised. That's all
