Canned eggs

I've pickled quail eggs but just really don't care for them that much. Has anyone tried preserving quail eggs using small batch canning techniques? Just tried it using BBQ and Teriyaki no vinigar using canning technique in bell jars.

Won't try them for a couple of weeks and wondered if anyone else had any experience with it. Not looking for canning advice or warnings, my mom canned and my granma and from what I hear my great-granma canned racoon and possum. That's not a pretty picture. Anybody else out there tried it, has to be better than possum, lol

PM me and I'll fill you in. If I posted here I'd have six people telling me that's not the way to do it lol. Keep in mind I haven't tried them yet, they have to sit another week. Wife says they're gona be awful
