I buy a vlassic dill relish for us. It is decent.
I also make my own....kind of. :p
I dice up a real pickle add finely fixed onion and call it good.

We buy vlasic dill relish and their sweet relish both. The Kid and I prefer the dill; DH likes the sweet.

Prime Rib coming to room temperature on the counter. Dinner will be simple. Prime Rib, baked potato and broccoli. Of course dessert will be cookies. :D:D

We'll be having prime rib for New Year's. My juniper berries have not arrived yet. We had Cornish hens for dinner last night and snacks today. And of course, cookies, lol. Chocolate chip with walnuts bc I used up all my pecans. They are quite delicious!

Everyone has different tastes. I can't tolerate raw onions and that is nothing compared to the absolutely disgusting cooked spinach.

Lol. Beets. Brussels sprouts. Pretty much any root veggie besides potatoes, carrots and onions. I know, I'm hopeless, lol. Raw spinach is great though. I can do cooked spinach if it's barely steamed and I put butter, salt and Parmesan on it.

Anyone have a source for wheat grain? DH gave me a grain mill for Christmas, and I would love to have a source for good wheat grain, both hard wheat and soft wheat.
I believe you can get it on line through Amazon. There are several online sources for bulk purchases ... but its five gallon buckets....

We do that too. It sure beats paying over $3 for what amounts to ~2/3rds of a cup.

I need to make homemade bread far more often. :hmm
