Canning help?

Can any of you post some good websites, or even some good books, that would help a novice to start canning? Thanks.

Ball's Blue Book Of Canning is a great one.

I'm gonna second the blue book - it's got tons of info. It's never far from my kitchen during canning season.

I also have Canning and Preserving for Dummies, which is pretty good. It has lots of of canning info (and a big section on freezing), but not as many recipes.

This is the web site I like, because it has pic's that take you step by step through each canning recipe. I just made the canned baked beans recipe, it was easy and they look good. I have not ate any yet, I'll wait a few weeks.

I've relied on the Ball Blue Book for all the years I've been canning.

There are some good forums on Yahoo Groups for canning. Here are the names of three good ones.
