I'm gonna second the blue book - it's got tons of info. It's never far from my kitchen during canning season.
I also have Canning and Preserving for Dummies, which is pretty good. It has lots of of canning info (and a big section on freezing), but not as many recipes.
This is the web site I like, because it has pic's that take you step by step through each canning recipe. I just made the canned baked beans recipe, it was easy and they look good. I have not ate any yet, I'll wait a few weeks.
