I've been making and canning chicken broth the past few days. I've done three batches of 7 and of the 21 total, 3 of the jars have either busted in the canner shortly after putting them in or during processing. I am heating my jars in the oven at 200 degrees before filling with hot broth and then putting them in a hot canner.
Any ideas on the problem?
