Canning pickled eggs? Also, pickling quail eggs?

Well, in all honesty, I want to try to pickle some button quail eggs. Is it possible or plausible to hard boil them and be able to peel them without "scrambling" them?
Also, can you can pickled eggs?

Well, I guess you can't can them, they need to be kept cold.
