Canning question-hot water boil

Here's what I use for both homebrewing and large-volume canning:

Unfortuantely it's $120 now

When I bought it 8 or so years ago it was half that. But it'll get 6 gallons of cold water boiling in 15-20 minutes!

You can save a bit by building your own burner stand and just buying the necessary parts:

Just for anyone pursuing this thread:
I have the same problem, but was lucky in getting a propane burner for christmas. It's for boiling off maple syrup but of course I realized it would work for a canning too!

So I don't know exactly which one I have but here's an example:
