Yes, I agree! should've calibrated when I got them, but figured if they were off it wouldn't be by this much! 11% seems a bit much. Either way, at least I know where they're at now. Yes, apparently this salt trick is very accurate and everything I was reading was talking about it. No, still no hatch! Today is day 26 for one and day 24 for the other. After even more reading....I think they may be a little delayed due to my temps. I had always read that the temps should be 99.5-100 but then I read something that said that should be the temp inside the egg (internal temp) and the incubator temp should then be slightly higher at around 101. I've been running my incubator temps at about 99.5 so that may be the reason they're all late!! UGH! Just when I think I got the hang of this, I learn something different!
Still hopeful that they will hatch though because every candling was good and movement. Just have to keep WAITING! So hard! I'll keep you posted.
