Can't create pictures on My Page?

I've been posting pictures on forums and have uploaded several to the BYC "Uploads" section but I can't seem to create a My Page picture page. I've copied the URL link as well as the picture itself and all I end up with is a broken picture icon and a link that doesn't work. I even watched the video tutorial three times. Is anyone else experience this problem? Is there a work around?

Creating and editing a BYC page is different than the forums. There is a great tutorial here:

I don't remember the details, but the tutorial was a big help to me.

Thanks I discovered that it won't upload an image by copying the url link unless you remove the (img) thingy on the front and back of the link. It's all good now. Cheers
