can't find muscovy ducklings for sale :'(

I don't know... I've never had one! But from reading the comments on this website, it sounds like everyone who has Pekins are very happy with them. Someone posted a photo recently of them cuddling with a Pekin, and it was really cute. I have a runner and a cayuga. The runner is super friendly and loves to be petted and played with, but the cayuga is shy and doesn't like to come too close. They were raised together, so I think it probably just depends on the individual duck sometimes.

Those are the only ones i found in pcola. Go to craigslist and put in the area you are looking for and just search ducklings. More come up that way.

ok i give up lol i have four 1 week old scovy's that are darling and spoiled. i love them to death

they are what made me want more lol. i wanted to get just 2 more to make strictly as pets cuz a lot of people said these four will not stay as personable since there are so many where as 2 are better for pets. i'll continue taking these four everywhere and spending as much time as possible with them and hope they stay friendly and my pets. hopefully one is a female so if they prefer to be by themselves when they grow up i can hatch a couple to make pets.

i'm officially addicted and in love with muscovy's! thanks everyone for your replys! i'll keep you guys posted and continue posting pics of these fuzzy cute little darlings

i had the 4 and got them about a day or 2 after they hatched (they're 1 week old today) and want them as pets but a lot of people said if you have more than 2 that they don't end up as very good pets as far as being sociable goes. i have enough property for more so i figured i'd get 2 more and make them pets. however, so far these don't mind being around me and will cuddle with me so maybe they'll end up staying this way

i really hope so because i've fallen in love with them and absolutely adore the cute little guys

Yes they can be as friendly or more but are very much more vocal. Look up quailladyoffortmeyers she should know everyone around there if she doesnt have any
