Can't get legs under her, what do i do?

I have a day old chick that cannot seem to get her legs under her to stand up, she is healthy otherwise. I cannot feel a deformity or see one, but she can't move around, just flutters her wings trying to get up. Is there anything i can do to help her?

pick her up and put her down when her legs are straight?

Tried that already, could her hips be displaced?
