Can't make avatar!

For some reason I cannot get my picture to work as an avatar. Any suggestions on resizing?

Hi countryroad, Have you been doing the editing on photobucket??
Bayouchica is really good at resizing pics too!!
she helped me out with mine, bless her drear heart!
If you have no luck,Try uploading the normal pic to this post and we will try and resize it for you from here!!!

I don't have a photobucket account. I will try uploading it on here, if anyone could help I would be so thankful!!

Irfanview is a free program that I use. It handles just about any file type. Do a search for it on google and you can download it for free.

I edited mine in paint, which is a standard program that comes with every computer.
