can't pick her head up

HELP. I went down this morning to feed the babies, they are about a month old and so far have been doing fine. Well much to my dismay one of them can't pick her head up. I have never had this happen in 3 years of raising chicks. What is it, and what can I do???

Yes it sure does . We have put water down her beak and vitamins. See what nature has in store for her. Do you have any suggestions? I have never had this happen.

I've never had it happen either so I don't have any suggestions other then what's in the link. Sorry!

Just want to let everyone know that chick is AOK!!!! We just let nature do it's course and 2 weeks later, she is back to normal! It was wry neck, but thankfully she is fine.
