can't post a bird for sale??

I read the rules and couldn't find a place to 'agree'. How do I post that? Also, what if I have a chicken I would just like to find a good home, no money exchanged... Is there a better place to post that? I thought maybe a local thread... I don't want to ship it, just drop it off if someone wants it. Thanks! LOVE LOVE LOVE this forum!!!
