can't post classified

Hello! While I'm waiting to renew my GFM/PPM, I'd like to post a new classified, but it tells me that I can only have one open, and that I have to close my one that is open to open a new one (is that convoluted enough?) - but I don't have one open, so I have nothing to close. Is this a glitch that can be fixed while I'm trying to get my membership upgraded, and can then post more than one classified?

I don't find one open, either. Yes, there may be a glitch, which is being looked into. There isn't anything we can do in the meantime, that I know of. Sorry.
