Can't put images in posts

I am a new member and when I try to submit a post to the forums is tells me that because of spam new users are limited on how many images they can upload. Then it tells me I can have "0" images. How do I got about getting the restriction removed? Is there another way to post photos without creating an account on some 3rd party website like Photobucket?

its because you are a new member... you have to be active in the forum for a bit before you can post pics or links
