Solved Can't Resize Pictures Using Tap & Drag to Size

Unable to resize pictures on my tablet and my phone using the tap & drag method. I tried over at Xenforo and it doesn't work there either. Am I doing something wrong?

Maybe it's no longer a feature.
We might just go back to how it was before...with out being able to resize.
