Our youngest son who lives two hours away got to stop by for a visit today because his work travel brought him to our area.

What made me relieved and happy: Hubby's new camera & lens arrived. A day late, but it's HERE and we don't have to worry about FedEx getting it to us anymore. And, we're not tied to the house "in case FedEx comes," because it had to be signed for.

Whew.

Woke up to some beautiful snow sticking to the trees. Also saw a Red-bellied Woodpecker on the feeder! He doesn't come around much, so it's a treat when he does.

My dad’s in town on a work trip so I got to see him

Also got some gulab jamun from a little Indian restaurant. I tried it years ago and thought it was delicious but hadn’t had any since.
This did not disappoint!

Dogs snow-wallering is pure joy, and your stuffies landing cross-legged made me laugh, thanks!

What made me happy today is that my Pastor got the sound system rigged up so that I was able to watch church from my recliner on my laptop! Yay! I am going to be couch-bound for the next eight weeks, so this made me REALLY happy!
