Can't see how to post in guinea fowl section

I don't see how I can post a topic in the guinea fowl forum--can anyone help? It only gives me the choice to post something for sale.

I've logged in as a regular (non-admin) user and I only see "post new topic". Which browser are you all using?

If it still happens to anybody else we need:

1) Your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome)
2) If you've tried to log out and log back in
3) If you could try to hit CTRL F5 to force refresh the pages.
