Can't start convos by entering @member-name

In order to start a conversation I have to select a member from his/her icon and choose "start conversation" from the options. I can't start a convo with more than one member at a time because no matter how carefully I add @(name), I get an error message telling me the member could not be found. I'm on an up-to-date ipad 6. What am I doing wrong? How can I make this work?

I'm not sure what you're doing wrong or if you're doing anything wrong at all.

Just PM me the list of people and I'll start the conversation.

Are you inserting a space after the @ symbol?

You don't need to add symbol when you're starting a conversation.

Don't use the @ symbol. Just type the name.

No, it should auto populate the user names that begin with that letter.

Are you using the BYC app or a browser?
