The chicks still like the roosting branch ; the two white ones were sitting on it together when Grandpa got home.
 
Today I ordered the Urban Farmer book on chickens. It got great reviews and I think Grandpa will read it more than on line information.

Yes he really is. I'm surprised! But I'm sure our success depends on him being fully behind this project; so I'm really glad he is on board.
