Can't walk??

I was letting the chickens out into their run like i do every morning, I then noticed my barred rock couldn't walk. she couldn't put pressure on one of her legs. i checked the leg, her leg wasn't bent out of shape (broken) no mites, no bumble foot, it just looked normal. but she couldn't walk on it. when i lifted her up she just fell to the ground. her name is Penelope she isn't fully grown yet (teenager) and is a barred rock.
she is currently isolated in a crate with food and water.
any ideas of what could be going on?

Sooo what should I do???
I'm not familiar with mareks or vitamin deficiencies due to none of my chickens ever having them.
She seemed a little better today. She could stand but couldn't put her other foot down.

I had a problem with my chicken doing that and turns out she just heard it jumping from her roosting pole in the morning. It may be something as simple as that. I've never had problems with legs otherwise. Does it seem swollen

i think that's what could've happened. because it seems to be getting a lot better each day.
