I give them cantaloupe, but was wondering if they can eat the seedy, stringy innards of the cantaloupe as well?

I give my hens cantaloupe innards to, and overgrown cucumbers sliced open-they love them![IMG]

It's a favorite treat. Just ask Ruthie, Greta and Flora.

Ours get all of the over-grown squash, cukes, cantaloupe goop, etc. They LOVE the stuff.

Mine LOVE anything with seeds and juice. [IMG] Any kind of melon, squash, peppers, you name it, and if it's got seeds and juice, they'll be sure to wolf it down!

As far as the chickens are concerned, that's the best part!
