Capacity?

Looks well built.
Nice sketch too.
Coop is 24sqft...so 6 birds max.
Run is 49sqft...so 5 birds max.
According to the baseline min of 4/10 coop/run per bird.

How do you get into coop to clean....or examine birds??

Guttering looks clever...gutter on nest roof goes to downspout for coop roof?
Where does downspout empty?
What about run roof?

5 birds max is perfect! The gutter over the nesting box tied into the downspout for the roof, which ties into the drainage for the house and garage which all goes into a rain garden. I’ve still got to tie in the removable roof for the run, which will eventually all tie into the same network.

Entry isn’t too bad, both the screened areas in front are gates that open fully in opposite directions. I’m considering raising the roof of the run another 2 feet so I can have some perches and a swing in there.

It's very attractive but I agree, you'll need more ventilation. Winters are fairly mild in the Seattle area so there's no need to fear it being too open or chilly in the winter.
Sounds good, I’ll cut some additional ventilation holes in and maybe figure some kind of roof vent out.

I see that, tho have fun crawling in there, but what about getting into the coop itself?
Coop is surrounded on 3 sides by retaining wall, house, and fence..and I see no coop access.

Oh, and BTW...Welcome to BYC!
Where in this world are you located?
Climate, and time of year, is almost always a factor.
Please add your general geographical location to your profile.
It's easy to do, (laptop version shown), then it's always there!
