Captain Jack for mites. Yay, or nay?

It appears as though I have poultry lice. Will this work? And if so, is it too strong?
Yes, it will work, but needs to be diluted.

Make sure the spray gets under the feathers and onto their skin,
around vent, under wings, in belly, and around neck.

This is the dilution I use:
Permethrin spray(Gordons 10%)
At 10 mls (two teaspoons) per 1/2 gallon(2qts) of water in the sprayer.
At 5 mls (one teaspoons) per 1/4 gallon(1qts) of water in the sprayer.

This is the sprayer I use:

So following the table from @casportpony , we in Europe are only using ml and litters, I just received 0.5% Spinosad Monterey garden spray. My calculations.. 3978mg per gallon = 796.5ml per 3.785 liters.
Question- who has successfully used it this way?
I have not used it, but if I were to, that is how much I would use.

I have not used it either but it has the same active ingredient as Elector PSP, Spinosad (A mixture of spinosyn A and spinosyn D) (44.2%). Captain Jack is 0.5%.
