It's easy. You right click on the image, select save picture as, and toss it to your desktop.

Then open it in an editing program. I used plain old Windows Paint. If you have fancy software like Photoshop, you can do all kinds of things with a pic, and I'm serious when I say all kinds of things...

I just added some text in Paint and used the BYC upload to host it, then posted it.
