Caramelized Tomato and Corn Quiche with Basil and Cheddar (pics)

That looks delicious! We do quiche a lot of time for Sunday night supper. New sweet corn just coming in, & tomatoes starting to get ripe & plenty of basil in the herb garden -- yep, will definitely try this!
Could someone please tell me what half-and-half is? I want to try this recipe.
And thanks for sharing, I'm always looking for nice vegetarian dishes I can make with stuff I have in the kitchen/garden already. This is great!
For some reason I can actually smell this all the way in New Hampshire! It sounds really good.
I made this for dinner tonight. Except I didn't have any fresh corn - so I just left that out. It was DELICIOUS! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
