Terrick, who was just getting down onto his belly to start through the tunnel, could only hear a muffled yell, but could not hear what was said. Col, however, could hear just fine. "You're almost through!" he yelled back as he gave Pike's feet a hard push forward.

"Cripes, you devious ****!" Pike cursed at Col as the bandit tried to push him further towards the snake. He tried to brace himself against the wall, but was still pushed forward an inch or two closer to the snake. It hissed threateningly in his face and swung its head dangerously from side to side, but didn't strike. In an effort to stop Col, he kicked backwards with his boots, aiming for anything that would inflict some pain. "I could smash your face in, scum!"

When Pike kicked, Col lost his grip on the caravan guard's feet. But he was committed now, figuring that he was probably as good as dead after this if Pike managed to get past the snake unharmed. So he fumbled in the dark, trying to catch Pike's boot again. The boot caught him in the hand once, bending his finger back painfully, but then his hand managed to find Pike's pant leg and he took a strong grip on Pike's ankle, trying to push him forward once again. "Whatcha stoppin' for?" he yelled.

Raven turned back to Terrick "There's a snake in the tunnel" She said and turned back to Col, gripping his leg and pulling to get him to back up.
