Care Free Enzymes Product?

I have a poultry protector concentrate that I use and seems to work well. I'm just not familiar with the ingredients. It has Potassium Sorbate for the active ingre. and water, yeast, Citric acid for the inactive. Does anyone know about this product? It is to clean away chicken and fowl mites, and other poultry infested insects.

Potassium sorbate is an antioxidant, it isn't an enzyme.

Pottasium sorbate slows the production of mold, yeast, and so.e bacteria. It is harmless if used as directed. You drink it and eat it all the time yourself. I use it in powder form to stop the fermentation in my wife making. Cheaper to buy just the pottasium sorbate from wine makers in large powder form and mix yourself
